Question 1

What exactly is spray putty?

Accepted Answer

Instead of hand-trowelling, we atomise putty through a Graco airless machine so it lands as a fine, even mist. No lap joints, no air pockets — then we machine-sand it. The result is flatter, harder and far more uniform than manual work.

Question 2

How much faster is it really?

Accepted Answer

For a typical 2,000–2,500 sq.ft villa, spray putty + sanding finishes in days rather than weeks — roughly 3× faster than brush and roller, with fewer labour days on your site.

Question 3

Do you give the quote before starting?

Accepted Answer

Always. A free visit, moisture + measurement check, then an itemised sq.ft quote the same day — materials, labour and timeline in writing. No advances beyond the agreed schedule.

Question 4

Can we stay at home during the work?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most families do. We mask one zone at a time, sand with dust extraction, and clean daily. Low-VOC paints mean rooms are usable the same evening.

Question 5

What about damp walls and terrace leaks?

Accepted Answer

We never paint over dampness. We trace the source, treat it with waterproofing membranes and crack fillers, let it cure, and only then start putty. That is why our finish does not peel.

Question 6

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Headquartered in Malappuram, we take villas, apartments and commercial projects across Malappuram, Calicut, Tirur, Kondotty, Perinthalmanna and nearby districts.
